Monitoring Center operators are present 24-7 at their worksite and suing professional tools they monitor continuously:
- Availability of individual elements and whole units of communication infrastructure.
- Transmission structures.
- Network services.
20 minutes, at the latest, after a system state limit has occurred, we deliver our customer a notification on the incident together with a proposal on how to resolve the situation.
Performance monitoring
Our ambition is not only to react to situations which have occurred, which have a negative impact on the functionality of the customer’s information system, but to prevent such error states with pro-active approach using analytical methods and tools.
Within performance monitoring, we continuously collect operational data and performance indicators, monitor tends, and evaluate this data, compare it with limits and, in advance, we carry out measures to prevent or minimize negative impacts of incidents which have occurred or which are about to occur.
Reporting
To control provided services and to increase the trust between us and our customers, it is important to have regular, up-to-date, accurate, and clear information available.
We provide reporting, whose integral part are report overviews of incidents in information and communication systems of the customer, including charts with measured values, comparative statistics with historical data, possibly indicating development trends of measured values.
And of course, we regularly report on meeting agreed level of services.

“Maintenace” service is designed to fix defects of both HW and SW equipment. Its goal is to put customer’s information system back to operational state.
“Operation Administration” is a regular managed activity responsible for preventing error states and for dealing with everyday requests related to normal operation of information systems. These are activities connected with operating and maintaining the environment in order to ensure its correct operation.
Both these services include the possibility for the customer of having access to the “Servicedesk” tool for reporting incidents, part of which is even providing service parts from our own maintenance service storage. These services are offered in 5×8 and 5×10 regimes, but also in a nonstop 7×24 regime.

We take over the responsibility for routine activities related to managing projects, such as daily control of project economy, assigning and fulfilling individual tasks, risk elimination, securing sufficient resources, and many other activities. Thanks to this, our customers can fully concentrate on the subject of their business.
Besides quality project supervision by experienced project managers, we offer our clients the possibility of completely transferring all activities related to project management to our project office, which we can fully integrate in existing client’s processes. Part of this service can also be the introduction of program or portfolio management, which enables clients to manage, in a very efficient way, realization of individual orders according to strategic targets of their company.
